A short while ago teen girls and young women started following a trend that most would agree originated from Hailey Bieber, the trend of: slick back buns, monochrome sets, neutral nails, a clean made up face and dainty everything.
Popular for many reasons, because it was easy, because it made you look put together and it didn't really take much. That said, it wouldn't last and it really didn't. It became boring and the question must be asked, is it even style or fashion?
Not really.
I believe that people have become bored of this “trend”, and that there's going to be and already is a growing fascination with not necessarily maximalism but a more chic disheveled look. That people will begin showing their true personal style by more things and not less, whether this be by way of layering, makeup, accessories etc.
